Simple & Easy Recipe

Ingredients (for 1 roll):
1 sheet Bibigo kimbap seaweed, 1/2 bowl of white rice (120g), pinch of salt, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 egg, 1 strip yellow pickled radish (danmuji), 1 strip braised burdock, 1 strip kimbap ham, 15g cucumber (1 strip), 15g carrot (1 strip), some cooking oil

How to Make Basic Kimbap:

  1. Cut the cucumber and carrot into strips similar in size to the danmuji.

  2. Heat a pan with oil, pour in the beaten egg, cook into a thick omelet, and slice into strips.

  3. Season the cucumber and carrot with sesame oil and salt, then stir-fry them lightly.

  4. Mix hot rice with salt and sesame oil.

  5. Place the gim rough side down and spread rice over 3/4 of the sheet.

  6. Layer the prepared fillings over the rice and roll the kimbap tightly.

  7. Slice into bite-size pieces and serve.
