Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken (1 kg)
- 290 g CJ BAEKSUL Spicy Sauce for Stir-Fried Chicken
- 800 ml water
- 150 g potato
- 100 g carrot
- 50 g onion
- 30 g green onion
Cooking Instructions:
- Remove excess blood from the chicken and blanch it in boiling water for 5 minutes. Then cool it in cold water.
- In a pot, add the prepared chicken, BAEKSUL sauce, potatoes, carrots, and water. Bring to a boil without the lid, and cook on high heat for 30 minutes. Add onions and green onions, mix well, and serve.
Tip:
