Browsing the site and the purchase of any product are subject to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stated in this policy.

Sale of alcohol is prohibited for those under 18 years of age.

We are not responsible for any damages arising from viruses or other uncontrollable circumstances, nor for any disruptions to site access or normal functionality.

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time, without prior notice, in accordance with the applicable laws.

We are not responsible for any discrepancies or modifications between the product information listed on the site and the details provided by the supplier/manufacturer. All products displayed on the site are subject to the available stock at the time of product recall. Products that are out of stock will not be invoiced, and at your discretion, may be substituted with similar products. In such cases, the invoiced price will be that of the substitute product and not the price of the originally ordered item. If desired, you can modify the substitution rules from your customer area.

As a retailer, we sell directly to end consumers. Therefore, if it is detected that the purchased products are not for personal consumption, we reserve the right to refuse the sale.

Price Information

Consumer sale prices are displayed in Euros and, unless typographical or listing errors occur, include Value Added Tax (VAT).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Unless otherwise indicated, the prices are valid only on the day announced, and the rates and prices provided at the time of purchase will apply.

Prices displayed on the site are valid only for orders placed on this online store and may differ from those in physical stores.

If an unforeseen, significant price fluctuation occurs (for instance, if prices become excessively high or absurdly low) due to system errors—be it due to processing, manual, technical, or other causes—the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.

The total order amount shown at order confirmation is an estimated price and may vary due to reasons such as average weight variations in fresh products, price differences in substitute products, or product unavailability. The final price is only confirmed at the time of order shipment and invoice issuance.

Payment Method Information

You may use the following payment methods to pay for your order:

Some payment methods may not be available depending on the delivery address.

If, for any reason, payment of the final invoice amount through the chosen payment method is not completed after order shipment, our customer support team will contact you and provide the necessary information to settle the outstanding amount via MB reference or bank transfer.

Access to the site may be blocked until payment is confirmed.

Delivery Information

We do not guarantee precise delivery dates, though we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Refund Policy
(Right of Contract Withdrawal)

If you are not satisfied with a specific product, you can exercise your right of contract withdrawal at the time of receipt without stating any reason, and return the product to our carrier.
Subsequently, the amount paid for the product will be refunded.

Products must be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt and must maintain their condition at the time of purchase (original packaging, including all manuals and components, where applicable).

Upon product return, the full amount paid will be refunded. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned product is confirmed or proof of product dispatch is provided.

Product return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where we offer product collection.

For products with conditions such as “buy x, get y free” or other advantageous offers (e.g., a discount on the second product purchased), a refund is possible only if you return all units received (including the free items).

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Customized or clearly personalized products
  • Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned, are subject to rapid deterioration, or have an imminent expiration date (e.g., fresh products)
  • Sealed products that, once opened, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons

Product Warranty

Some products, in accordance with the most recent version of Decreto-Lei nº 84/2021 dated October 18, 2021, are subject to a statutory warranty of 3 years from the date of receipt.

If a product is defective, you may exercise your warranty rights by presenting the product along with proof of purchase, provided it shows no signs of use.

Fresh products, products with limited durability, or those which, by their nature, are ineligible for warranty are excluded from the warranty coverage.
